What is your role at JABS Group?

I started working at JABS Group in 2012. Over the years, I have held various positions in different departments, gaining valuable experience. I began as a Production Worker, advanced to Foreman, and today, I work as the Operations Manager of our factory in Estonia.

As Operations Manager, my most important task is to ensure that our site and teams work seamlessly together. Strong teamwork and effective communication between departments are essential for our success.

A significant part of my role involves employee development, which I consider vital for both individual and organizational growth. Equally important is fostering a positive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated. That is why I prioritize regular one-on-one conversations with team leaders, foremen, etc. These discussions cover ongoing projects and work-related matters but also provide space to check in on how we are all feeling.

What is it like to be part of JABS Group?

I am very happy to be part of JABS Group. In my role as Operations Manager, it is a huge support to know that I am part of a larger group, with two other Operations Managers at our other factories. Even though they are located far away, I can always rely on their support in all areas.

I believe JABS Group has strong leadership, which attracts and develops great employees. This combination plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and high-performing production environment.

Our more than 700 employees are spread across corporate HQ in Denmark and our manufacturing sites in Estonia, Poland, and Romania. We currently sell our products in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK.
