What is your role at JABS Group?

I joined JABS Group in 2021 as a Customer Advisor in our showroom in Langeskov, assisting customers and managing orders. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow within the company, and in January 2025, I have stepped into the role of Sales Operations Coordinator.

In my current role, I serve as the link between Sales and Operations, ensuring strong collaboration between our Sales team and three production units. I work closely with our Markets Manager, Head of Sales, Operations Managers, and Quality Managers, as well as external partners. My main focus is to optimize processes, reduce errors, and ensure that production aligns with customer needs.

A big part of my role is being proactive – identifying small improvements in production that can have a significant impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction. I love the dynamic nature of my job, as it gives me insight into both the commercial and operational aspects of the business.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I also oversee our student employees in Sales, train new Customer Advisors, manage large customer orders, and provide system training.
